Viewing the List of Scheduled Exports

To view the list of scheduled exports:

1. Click the Shortcuts tab on the Home page.
   

   To get to the Home page, click Home on the navigation bar at left.

2. In the shortcuts area, click Export/Import (Tools section).
3. Click Schedule Export. The list of scheduled exports is displayed with the following information.
   • Type - The type of export scheduled
   • Frequency - The number of times an export is scheduled to run. The frequency can be daily, weekly or monthly.
   • FTP Properties - The name of the export FTP server
   • Email - The email address to which export notifications are sent
   • Actions - The actions you can perform on the page. You can change the export schedule, or delete the export schedule.
