Changing User Information

On occasion, it may be necessary to change a user's account information, for example, to change a password or to enable access to services.

To update user information:

  1. Click the Shortcuts tab on the Home page.
  2. In the shortcuts area, click Manage Users (Users section).
  3. On the Manage Users list, locate the user whose information you want to change, then the Actions column, click . The Edit User form opens.
  4. Change the user's information, then click Update.
