Updating Responders
As Site Administrator, you can update any of the responders used on your site.
To update an responder:
- Click the Shortcuts tab on the .
- In the shortcuts area, click Responders (Email section). The Responders form opens, showing all the existing responders on the domain.
- Locate the alias whose responder you want to update and in the Actions column, click
. The Edit Auto Responder form opens. - In the Subject field, enter the subject that will qualify the responder message. For example, enter Thanks for your request.
- In the Message field, enter the message you want to send in reply to the incoming email.
- Click Update Responder.
