Reseller Templates Page

The reseller templates page shows all the reseller templates that have been added. On this page you can perform several tasks and view the following information:

• Status. The current status of the template. States include:

  . Enabled. You can select the template on the add reseller wizard to pre-fill service information.

  . Disabled. The template cannot be used; it does not appear on the templates list in the add reseller wizard.

• Name. The name of the template.
• Description. The description of the template. This is for your information only; however, resellers added with this template also see this name on their account information page. Any characters, including special characters, are acceptable.

On this page you can:

• Find information by sorting or using page controls.
  

  To move through the pages of a long list, use the page controls located at the bottom right of the list. Grayed-out images indicate you are at the beginning or end of the list and the controls are unavailable.

  To change the number of items displayed on lists:

  1. Go to the bottom of the left side of any list page.
  2. Select, from the drop-down list, the number of items to display.

     The page is refreshed and shows the current number of items.

     The change is reflected on all lists in your control panel. You do not need to change each list individually.

  

  To quickly locate information on a list, you can sort the list by the column headings that are underlined.

  To change the sorting order of a list:

  1. Click an underlined column heading. appears next to the column heading to indicate the list is sorted by that column and in ascending alphanumeric order.
  2. Click the underlined column heading again. appears next to the column heading to indicate the list is sorted by that column in descending alphanumeric order.

• View only enabled templates by clicking Enabled.
• View only disabled templates by clicking Disabled.
• Click action bar links to perform tasks. Many of these links are enabled only after you select an item from the list. Action bar links include:
  • add reseller template. Add a reseller template.
  • overview. View more information about the template.
  • edit. Change the template.

How to get to the reseller templates list

1. On the top navigation bar, click resellers.
2. On the resellers list, click the templates tab.
