Using page controls
To move through the pages of a long list, use the page controls located at the bottom left of the form. The pages are indicated by numbers, and the current page appears in brackets [1] 2 3. Click the page number to go to the page.
To change the number of items displayed on lists:
Go to the bottom of the left side of any list page.
Select, from the drop-down list, the number of items to display.
The page is refreshed and shows the current number of items.
