About Ensim Pro License
The Ensim Pro license is a 25-character alphanumeric key used to determine the number of sites you can create on the Ensim Pro server and the period during which you can use Ensim Pro.
Depending upon your license key, the Ensim Pro control panel contacts the Ensim licensing server after a specific time interval. During this communication process, the Ensim Pro server sends the following data to the licensing server for authenticating your Ensim Pro license:
The Ensim Pro version installed on the server
The number of sites existing on the Ensim Pro server
The Ensim Pro server's operating system name and its version
Fully Qualified Domain Name (FQDN) of the Ensim Pro control panel
IP address of the Ensim Pro server
MAC address of the Ensim Pro server's network card
The Ensim Pro installation also creates a Windows Scheduled Task named EnsimLicenseScheduler on the Ensim Pro server. After a periodic time interval, this scheduled task checks whether the Ensim Pro control panel has contacted the Ensim licensing server automatically or not. If not, then it forces the Ensim Pro control panel to contact the licensing server.
