Logging on to SquirrelMail
You log on to SquirrelMail when you want to view or manage your email messages.
You can log on to SquirrelMail using your Site Administrator user name and password, or the user name and password of your User Administrator account if you created one.
To log on to SquirrelMail:
Click the Shortcuts tab on the Home page.
In the shortcuts area, click Site Information (Tools section). The Site Information window opens displaying the Configuration form.
In the Services & Options area of the Configuration form, locate Email URL. You might need to scroll down to the bottom of the page to see this link.
Click the Web address next to the Email URL field. A separate window opens displaying the SquirrelMail login form.
In the Email field, enter the user name portion of your Site Administrator or User Administrator email address. The site name portion of your email address displays automatically.
Note: If the displayed site name is not correct, overwrite the displayed name and enter your entire email address.
In the Password field, enter your Site Administrator or User Administrator password.
Click Login.
The SquirrelMail Inbox window opens displaying all of your existing email messages.
Note: File attachments are limited to 2 MBs by default; however, your domain may have a custom size limit. Contact your service provider for the exact size limit. SquirrelMail does not warn you if your file attachment is over the size limit.
