Logging on as Site Administrator

WEBppliance provides a product enhancement that allows you to directly log on as Site Administrator for a site by clicking on its name.

To log on as the Site Administrator from the Reseller Administrator user interface:

  1. From the System Menu, click Sites.

  2. In the Sites Manager menu, click Site List.

  3. In the Site column, click on the name of any enabled site.

  4. A dialog box opens and confirms that you want to log on at the Site Administrator level.

  5. Click OK.

The Site Administrator shortcuts page opens and displays the shortcuts page, which lists the tasks you can perform as Site Administrator. From this page, you can manage the site and a list of enabled server applications. You can also create user accounts on the site; the site users can view and manage their email options through the User Administrator interface.

To change or reset the Site Administrator password:

  1. From the Site Administrator System Menu, click Site Summary.

  2. In the Site Summary form, click Change Password.

  3. In the Password field, enter the new password.

  4. In the Confirm Password field, re-enter the new password.

  5. Click Save.
