Backing up data from one or all domains

You can back up your data from one or all the domains residing on your WEBppliance. Backing up a domain saves all domain data and domain settings (such as email settings and security settings) to a separate FTP server. You must have FTP access to back up data using Backup/Restore Manager.

Before you begin

Before you begin backing up domains, have the following information ready.

Creating a backup

To create a backup:

  1. Open the Backup/Restore Manager.

  2. In the Backup/Restore Manager menu, click Site Backup. The Site Backup form opens.
